The appointment was confirmed via text and I received a text when Sean was on his way. He was prompt and efficient. I have multiple pets and the carpets showed the wear. They look great now, but I also like knowing they've been sanitized and we're starting fresh. I will hire him again.

Sean was AWESOME! Was scheduled for a Sat but had to work .He actually came on a Sun. He is SO professional! Did an outstanding job. He cleaned my furniture for a very reasonable price. I've used quite a few carpet cleaners in the area of Albuquerque these guys are absolutely the most professional and the best the quality of their work surpasses anything I've experienced before their prices are reasonable they're courteous cooperative punctual and just basically do great work!

They did a very good job cleaning the floors thoroughly. Ran into a minor hiccup with equipment( (which happens), but fixed it in a timely manner and got the job done right. Highly recommend.

I chose Klean Dry to have the carpet cleaned in my parent's home in Albuquerque in September 2017 because of the numerous 5 Star reviews I read. I would like to also add a 5 Star review. I received an on-line quote thinking it might actually go up in price once the job was complete, but the on-line quote was exactly what I paid. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning and Jacob did an amazing job. Jacob was very professional, took his time in cleaning and was service oriented. I highly recommend Klean Dry in Albuquerque.

Prompt, professional, friendly and the results are SPECTACULAR! I was using a less expensive (cheap) person in the past who left his mark with soap scum all over my walls, doors, furniture and more the last time he was here. I won't dwell on the negativity now that I found Klean Dry. I'd rather give praise and boy did they earn it!! Klean Drys price was competitive and worth every penny.
