They are very responsive. Their schedule system is professional. They show up and do the work. I thought that the carpet would appear a bit more clean but there is a possibility that the carpet is older and a little worn. But it definitely does look better.

Great Jib! Very professional, polite and thorough! I was so pleased that my carpets were not left soaking wet. They dried within a few hours and the pet stained areas dried within 8 hours just like it was told to me. My carpets look so clean and I do not have the pet odor or any other cover up odor. The Klean Dry staff were courteous and prompt. They did a very thorough job with my carpet and sofa and loveseat. I also really like the fact that they send text reminders about your upcoming appointment and then when they are 30 minutes away from your home. Helpful hints that ensure a longer lasting cleaned carpet was appreciated as well.
