• Was our staff friendly and courteous throughout the duration of the work?
• Comment: We were 100% sure we had to have our carpets replaced until Klean Dry's actual owner showed up to bring them back to life! And you've never seen such a professional, organized, prompt, courteous until you've met this gentlemen. You feel like a better person just for having met him. Can other companies in other sectors please take note? Just forget the others: This company is the real deal.
